Thelma Madine’s Wedding Dress Made Of Human Hair

Dress maker Thelma Madine, from the TV series Big Fat Gypsy Weddings, has created a wedding dress made of human hair. She took 250 meters of hair extensions and fashioned a wedding gown out of them. The dress goes for about $79,000. Helping her was a team from her bridal store along with hairdressers from Voodou, a salon located in Liverpool. (The hair used to make up the dress probably came from the floors of said salon)

Thelma Madine has offered Lady Gaga a chance to wear the wedding dress made of human hair the next time the singer comes to the United Kingdom. (She seems the logical choice for modeling it).

The hair dress (size 6) made an appearance at the Alternative Miss Liverpool pageant (and won).
